Ramboll has adopted a hybrid employment model, with a combination of in-person working and local remote work option. Ramboll is seeking candidates for an HUD/NEPA Environmental Review Manager to support our Environment & Health Consulting practice focused on reviews of specifically HUD, as well as other federally funded projects and programs. The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience performing and technically reviewing Environmental Review Records and supporting studies per 24 CFR Part 58, with a strong preference for those working in a consulting team environment.Inviting bright mindsDo you want to push the boundaries of your profession and develop your excellence in an open, collaborative, and empowering culture? You will work with all levels of technical expertise, from entry level team members to members with decades of experience, many of whom are subject matter experts in their own fields. You will engage in a continual learning environment through coaching, mentoring, and on the job tasks.Essential job functions include:Performing Environmental Review Records for HUD funded projects;An in depth understanding of the regulations found in 24 CFR Parts 50,51,55 and 58;Critically reviewing supporting environmental studies and investigations;An understanding of state and federal regulatory, permitting and compliance;Technical understanding and capabilities in Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments per ASTM Standard.Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
