I am building a 'flex lead' team and am looking for positive minded, fun individuals who can help us handle leads from Zillow, Realtor.com and other sources. Internet leads are a lot different from your sphere leads and if you understand what I am talking about, I would like to speak with you. We have a fun group, solid split, solid cap structure and plenty of room for growth. It's a tough environment out there right now, stay busy with 10-15 leads per month and weather the storm.
