Immediate Leasing Agent Opening

Citiscape at Essen is currently seeking a career-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales, customer service or hospitality and will be expected to provide positive resident relations while ensuring maximum community occupancy.

Duties:

Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents

Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork

Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves

Conducts follow-up activity with all residents to establish positive resident relations

Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities

Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
