Job Description SummaryThe Industrialization Program Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and successful delivery of large-scale programs. A successful candidate supports and leads the overall program while ensuring project milestones are achieved and reported. An Industrialization Program Manager ensures program alignment while promoting stakeholder engagement and communication. The candidate must leverage leadership skills and team management while utilizing effective problem solving, decision making, and balancing project risks to keep programs on-budget and on-time while meeting the needs of the customers and business.Job DescriptionResponsibilities :

Provide clear purpose and direction to deliver large scale programs.

Utilize effective project management practices.

Enables collaboration across the Value Stream to achieve successful project outcomes.

Leverages project metrics and visualizations to showcase project status.

Understands, contribute, calculate, and present project business cases and budgets.

Actively manages project risks.

Actively utilizes LEAN practices.

Supports methodology and practices to effectively prioritize and track projects.

Establishes effective accountability & responsibility with horizontal departments and partners (example: EHS, Quality, Design Engineering, Product Support Engineering, etc.).

Able to successfully manage project spend and forecast.

Able to coordinate and lead on-site project events to improve project outcomes.

Provide training recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Able to travel internationally and support multiple time zones.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment).

Solid project management skills and demonstrated history of effective horizontal leadership.

Ability to communicate with shop operators, shop leaders, and business leaders to drive improvements.

Able to set realistic project goals and timelines.

Display proactive problem solving.

Able to communicate big picture or vision consistently.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to calculate and present business cases in support of change.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.

Working knowledge of MS Office.
