IT Business Analyst

Description Robert Half Technology is working with a New Orleans-area company to find a Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst who will collaborate with business leadership to identify challenges and opportunities, recommending technology solutions to address them. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and service providers, this role drives change and implements technology solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring software, designing integrations, testing solutions, and training key stakeholders. The analyst develops a deep understanding of business processes, systems integration, and emerging technology trends. This role also involves project management, production support, and mentoring team members. Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira is required. Experience with CRM systems is essential. Familiarity with Gap Analysis techniques is necessary. Competence in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is expected. Experience in AB Testing is a plus. Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is required. Understanding of Business Process Functions is essential. Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is required. Experience in Claim Administration is beneficial. Proficiency in Business Analysis is key to this role.
