APARTMENT MAINTENANCE JOB FAIR TUES 7/9

$1500 SIGNING BONUS + 35% RENT DISCOUNT

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking skilled maintenance professionals for our Lafayette, LA apartment communities.

Duties:

-Works with make-ready crew to ensure units are available for prospective tenants

-Tend to resident service request and assist w/ on-call duties

-Perform electrical appliance, outlet and light fixture repairs

-Monitor physical condition of the community grounds and report any issues

-Knowledge and experience with general plumbing and carpentry needed

-Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning units

-HVAC certification is a plus

Incentives:

-$1500 signing bonus

-35% rent discount

-$19/hr+ dependent upon experience

We invite industry experienced make ready and maintenance techs to stop by our on-site job fair at Plantations at Lafayette, 211 Liberty Ave, Lafayette, LA 70508 on Tues 7/9 between the hours of 11am to 2pm.
