Maintenance Tech - 50% RENT DISCOUNT

Plantations at Lafayette and Grove at Plantation has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our established apartment complex.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of the community and equipment to identify issues or areas needing repair.

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, including lubricating, cleaning, and replacing parts.

Respond to resident service request.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, utilizing tools for diagnostics.

Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Requirements:

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform complex repairs.

Must be able to perform rotating on-call duties

HVAC Certification is highly referred.
