Replace lightbulbs, locks, filters, and hardware

Light plumbing and electrical work (fix leaks ,outlets, etc).

Install appliances and ensure all make ready work meets

inspection standards

Perform painting , caulking, drywall repair and pressure

washing

Maintain cleanliness of Breezeways and community areas
