Administers company’s participation in the MISO Energy and Operating Reserves Market. Assists in the development of strategic and operational financial plans with a focus on maximizing the benefit for customers. Achieves results by directing, overseeing, coordinating and maintaining market activities, and procedures, and ensures they are in line with corporate and market strategy. Provide cross-functional support in order to assure activities align corporate strategic goals and market requirements. QualificationsRequired Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field
7-10+ years of related experience.
5+ years people management experience, preferred.
Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism.
Ability to interact with all levels of employees to address difficult issues.
Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities.
