- Manage multiple development projects, working closely with IT and business management to identify and translate complex business requirements into architectural design.
- Provide technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies that assist the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for the system's design while providing a solution that meets the business' strategic objectives implementing and providing ongoing support for the applications
- 1-3+ years of experience leading software development teams
- Advanced expertise in React Native or Xamarin
- Experience taking a lead role in building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Knowledge of best practices for the entire software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Superior communication and people skills
- Ability to build support for architectural decisions and ideas by working with the various Technical Engineering Leads
