Our team members thrive in a welcoming atmosphere of diversity, inclusion, and exemplary corporate practices.SummaryAs a Merchandising Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that retail store shelves are stocked with products and for the accuracy and cleanliness of point of purchase displays. Merchandising associate will be required to visit each location based on the schedule determined by the operations team and the program(s) they support. Essential Job Functions: · Install and place promotional materials as required· Reorganize displays or product areas based on the needs of the client. This could include placing new product and shifting current product to a new home on the shelf.· Complete call reports detailing completion of the required merchandising event.· Ensure that stores and shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products.· Display, arrange/rearrange, price, and rotate products in store.· Maintain store shelves. · Monitor store inventory.· Make recommendations for promotional strategies using sales and pricing dataResponsible for assigned territory of stores within a geographical areaRepair or replace damaged displays or product when identified.· Collaborate with store managers and staff to build strong relationships and communicate merchandising objectives and strategies.· Audit planograms and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and brand standards.· Must visit retail stores on a daily/weekly basis.· Ensure areas are properly displayed, maintained, and merchandised. As well, as neat, clean and in working/demo order.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Ability to engage customers and establish relationships · Skilled with tools and able to utilize directions to build out complex displays.· Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. · Proficient with technology – data gathering and basic computer use.· Good Organizational and Time Management skills· Effective communication and interpersonal skills· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project instructions and directivesJob Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required.Valid US Drivers LicenseReliable transportation Must be able to rent a car75% travel will be required. Overnight travel may be required.
