Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of an office assistant include organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering phone calls and emails, ordering supplies, greeting clients and visitors, managing calendars and schedules, preparing reports and presentations, and performing general clerical duties. Office assistants also assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, bookkeeping, and record keeping. They may also be responsible for managing office equipment and coordinating with other departments within the company. In addition to these tasks, office assistants may also be required to handle any other tasks assigned by their superiors to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft suites
Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Punctual and Reliable
Requirements:
Clean Background check
Clean Drug Test
Office and Clerical Experience
Knowledge of the computer
Must be reliable, punctual, independent and capable of following an appointment schedule, passionate, organized, have strong communication skills and detail oriented
