Online Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator

Underhill Bonsai is hiring a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Online Sales & Fulfillment Coordinator. If you enjoy working with plants and have experience in e-commerce, this is a great opportunity to join a creative and supportive team.

Duties include:

Managing product listings, pricing, and inventory

Coordinating product photography

Responding to customer inquiries via email/chat

Processing orders, returns, and exchanges

Picking, packing, and shipping orders

Maintaining inventory and packaging supplies

Resolving delivery issues with carriers

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify, Square, or similar platforms

Strong organizational and communication skills

Basic photo editing and product photography knowledge

Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs

Interest in bonsai or horticulture is a plus
