Part-Time Maintenance Person Needed for Mobile Home Park (15-20 Hrs/Week) – Housing Negotiable (if desired)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance person to help with the upkeep of a small mobile home park in New Iberia. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. Housing may be available and is negotiable based on experience.

Duties May Include:

General handyman tasks (light plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry)

Trash pickup and common area cleanup

Lawn care and landscaping

Repairing skirting, steps, and fencing

Painting and touch-ups

Assisting with moving homes in/out or setup

Winterizing water lines or checking heat tape

Noticing and reporting issues before they become major problems

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience in general maintenance or construction

Owns basic tools and has reliable transportation

Is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Can communicate well with management and residents

Must be able to pass a background check
