Role Summary

Seeking a dependable Permanent Janitorial Floater to cover missed shifts on short notice and, when not covering, perform special cleaning projects across the region.

Responsibilities

Provide immediate coverage for missed shifts at client sites

Perform routine janitorial duties (dusting, mopping, trash, restrooms, disinfecting)

Support special cleaning and floor care projects when not covering shifts

Floor scrubbing and specialty floor care skills a plus

Travel among assigned cities as needed; maintain clear communication with supervisor

Meet quality and safety standards consistently

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel required)

Flexible availability for short-notice assignments

Must have previous janitorial experience

Floor scrubbing experience a plus

Able to lift 30+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
