Are you a charming go-getter looking for a full-time or part-time position in an upbeat retail environment?

Our boutique is seeking a passion-for-retro-fashion Retail Associate to join our team. Non-smoker preferred. Full-time or Part-time, either position must be available to work Weekends. Pay is $14/hour during a 30 day training period then $15/hr thereafter. Assistant Manager position would first complete the 30 day training period at $14/hr and then $16/hr thereafter.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a smile

Provide knowledgeable and full service

Stock and organize merchandise

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Operate register and handle transactions

Assist with inventory management

Will be trained on How To/Etiquette:

Pull customers from outside respectfully

Apply vintage repro cosmetics

Give size-inclusive fittings for garments

Full-Service Bettie's Bombshells Couture Head-to-toe Beauty Experience

Potential for Growth and Travel with the company.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Full-time and Part-time positions available

Must wear Bettie's Bombshells couture to work
