We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Property Preservation Crew. As a Property Preservation Foreclosure Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing vacant properties in foreclosure. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work, as well as a strong ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform property inspections and assess the condition of properties in foreclosure.

Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows and doors, and ensuring that the property is safe and secure.

Conduct regular maintenance tasks including lawn care, trash removal, and debris cleanup.

Winterize properties to prevent damage from the elements.

Maintain accurate records of completed work and submit reports in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.

Ability to perform basic repairs
