If the position is filled as a job appointment, it could be converted to probational appointment should funding become available.This position in in the Public Information Section within the Office of the Secretary.This position is domiciled in Baton Rouge (East Baton Rouge Parish).The incumbent of this position will assist with media inquiries, write/edit press releases, vet all press releases with section supervisor for factuality/accuracy and edit copy for spelling, grammar and accuracy.
