That’s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Position Overview:The Quality Control Manager - cGMP will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes in a manufacturing environment and leading two quality laboratories, including a cGMP testing (pharmaceutical) lab. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, possess adept problem-solving capabilities, and have relevant laboratory experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the two labs, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and cGMP regulations.

Lead a team of lab technicians and senior chemist, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures to meet regulatory and company standards.

Conduct investigations and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, employing problem-solving techniques.

Collaborate with quality assurance and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.

Analyze laboratory data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance team skills and performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.Must Have

A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, particularly in a cGMP environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Laboratory experience with a thorough understanding of quality control processes and regulatory requirements.

Proven leadership experience, leading a team of laboratory technicians

We Value

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in quality management systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

Proven people management experience with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
