Description We are operating in the construction and contracting industry, based in Monroe, Washington, 98272, United States. Our team is in need of a Receptionist, who will primarily focus on managing customer engagements and maintaining an organized schedule for our plumbing services. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Engage with customers over phone calls, providing them with the necessary information and assistance. Coordinate and schedule plumbing services for customers. Maintain a structured and efficient filing system. Utilize downtime effectively for administrative tasks. Ensure clear and legible documentation of all transactions and customer interactions. Uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times. Deliver optimal customer service, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role. Proven knowledge and experience in receptionist duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with the construction/contractor industry is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
