- Utilizing SAP PP to plan and schedule production activities, including managing production orders and bills of materials.
- Integrating SAP PP with SCM to optimize supply chain processes, such as managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers.
- Implementing and maintaining BRIM processes to accurately bill customers and manage revenue.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues related to SAP PP, SCM, and BRIM.
- Providing training and support to end users on the use of SAP PP, SCM, and BRIM.
- Continuously evaluating and improving SAP PP, SCM, and BRIM processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- At least 5 years' experience in solution design and configuration of SAP including at least one of the following areas MM, SRM, WM, PP, APO, SD, and experience with SAP ECC6.
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience.
- Requirements management, change management, systems and process interactions/workflows, knowledge of new/emerging technologies, domain-specific technical knowledge, problem solving skills, understanding & application of broad business processes, understanding and application of the SDLC.
- Participation in all phases of at least 4 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation.
- SAP PP consultant with deep knowledge of Production Planning and supply planning, Detailed Scheduling and Levelling, Shop floor Integration and automation and other related SAP functional areas and business processes Consulting experience in managing large Business Transformation and change engagements for the SAP Plant to Inventory / Supply Chain Management process streams.
