Job Summary

Responsible for the overall support, implementation, and maintenance of custom and off-the-shelf applications in compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. Manages and maintains all MES applications.

Provide 24x7 escalated application support (including weekends and holidays) for North America Zone breweries, vertical operation facilities, and other entities.
Monitors, prioritizes, and executes application support related requests while maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers.
Assist with application support activities including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, data analysis, debugging, etc. in a manufacturing environment.
Troubleshoot application issues for over 200+ custom and off-the-shelf applications used in various manufacturing processes.
Collaborate and assist with various tasks regarding the ongoing management, maintenance, and reliability of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, etc) leveraged in our MES and process control applications.
Manage and/or lead the execution of new application development or major enhancement efforts of existing applications across all ABInBev operating departments
Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new ways of working.
Takes ownership of understanding the business and operational problems at hand and how to best solve them through a data-driven approach.
Prioritizes and find the most efficient path towards solving complex, ambiguous business problems with data, keeping a mindset of simplicity, robustness, and speed above all.

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, CIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, engineering, software development, or manufacturing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally.
Proven experience developing/supporting applications in the following programming languages: VB, VBScript, VB.Net, C#, PL/SQL, HTML, Python, PowerShell
Proven experience with software development life cycle, Agile teams, change management process, and version control packages.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Experience in assisting and mentoring junior engineers/developers.
Experience with OSI PI system a plus
Experience in AWS, Azure DevOps a plus
