Oversee and conduct audits of financial statements for not-for-profits and government entities.

Plan and executive audit engagements, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

Lead and manage other attest services, such as reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures for financial statements.

Engage with clients to discuss proposed journal entry adjustments, accounting policy recommendations, and accounting system improvements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and addressing their audit and accounting needs.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting.· CPA or actively pursuing certification.· 3+ years of experience in public accounting.· Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.· Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, able to identify issues, evaluate risks, and formulate effective audit strategies.· Proficiency in ERP systems.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with clients and collaborating with team members across all organizational levels.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
