Description Robert Half is partnering with a rapidly growing industrial services company in search of a dynamic Senior Accountant. This role is pivotal in our financial management team as you'll be tasked with key accounting functions, planning and budgeting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements and reporting on a consistent basis. Carry out month-end and year-end close processes. Oversee and validate accounting entries. Establish the scope of internal audit and manage internal audit processes. Liaise with tax professionals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Analyze financial data to determine our financial status and performance. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis. Participate in budgeting processes. Monitor and control company's liabilities. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records.Requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field A minimum of three years of professional experience in accounting or auditing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger is essential. Must have a solid understanding of financial reporting principles and regulations. Familiarity with month-end close processes is necessary. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have legal right to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
