The following scope of proposed services applies to both the Senior Application Programmer and Application Programmer:
  • Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs and documents new and existing web applications, maintenance, and support of existing applications.
  • Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
  • Monitor, review, and audit performance of Modernization software and make performance improvements.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory for the Senior Application Programmer:
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • C#
  • Entity Framework
  • SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Five (5) years’ minimum experience working in the application development field

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory for both the Senior Application Programmer and the Application Programmer:
  • ASP.NET Core
  • Entity Framework Core
  • VueJS
  • Bootstrap
  • SSIS
  • IIS
  • Scrum Methodology
  • Distributed Design Systems (SOA/Microservices)
  • DevOps Practices (CI/CD)
