Coordinate the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives and demand generation activities; identify opportunities for performance improvement in sales, marketing, and go-to-market tactics

Collaborate across the firm to synthesize data from various sources to contribute to insights; monitor AI capabilities in KPMG Engage to ensure execution and results

Develop cross channel insights for strategic run-the-business recommendations

Leverage Engage (KPMG's salesforce.com CRM) and track Market Signals for new business opportunities and GTM Initiatives; oversee and support lead distribution and prosecution

Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics and provide feedback to Marketing based on BU and Service Line growth plans and results by campaign and source

Participate in other sales-related projects across CGO focus areas including sales effectiveness, CRM adoption/sustainment, and sales enablement

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in sales and marketing strategy with a focus on business performance improvement; preferred experience in digital transformation, business insights or related role

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; business or marketing preferred

Good knowledge and/or direct experience working across the sales and marketing spectrum; strong data and analytics experience with SaaS CRM systems; preferably Salesforce.com

Strong project management experience and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders; excellent data and analytics experience, preferably in Salesforce.com environment; experience supporting CRM adoption, learning, content, and training is beneficial

Ability to function in a virtual team with team members and internal stakeholders across the United States, hybrid work is available with a mix of home and office, some travel required for internal meetings and training

Capability to build momentum and pivot as needed; highly self-motivated and able to multitask with limited supervision; must be interested in working in an entrepreneurial environment with a start-up mind-set; outstanding sales and business development mindset - capacity to identify business opportunities and convert leads into meaningful action
