job summary:
Reporting to the leader of Enterprise Architecture and Applications, the Senior Business Analyst will oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the Information Technology (IT) department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely. This position is located onsite in Metairie, LA. location: BRIDGE CITY, Louisianajob type: Permanentsalary: $85,000 - 95,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: No Degree Required responsibilities:- Configuring, administering, implementing and maintaining ERP systems
- Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
- Defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall ERP business strategies and translating requirements into technical and non-technical solutions and specifications
- Performing and coordinating QA/testing activities of changes to ERP solutions and integrated systems
- Project management activities, such as working with project teams to define goals, objectives, scope, requirements, testing, and timeline estimates
- Performing business systems and workflow analysis into As Is and To Be process flows
- Collaborating with the IT team, site leadership team, executive leadership, external consultants, end users, and other stakeholders
- Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues
- Developing dashboards and reports in a business intelligence and/or analysis tool
- Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
