The Strategy lead will be responsible for translating inputs from across the org (Customer insights, Call Center, etc.) into actionable insights for how to align the Residential team's resources to best meet customer needs.Job Duties / Responsibilities

Support the design and development of the Residential team's near and long-term strategic goals.

Translate strategic goals into relevant annual targets in collaboration with Customer Insights, Sales Ops, and Portfolio Management.

Inform and advise the Resi Strategy, Commercial and Journey leader on top priorities for residential customer segment.

Operationalize prioritization criteria, tools, and processes from Portfolio Management team to support Residential strategy execution.

Coordinate priorities across the team to allocate and align resources (FTEs and budget) to achieve Residential team targets and metrics.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Insights and Sales Ops to translate customer segment insights into achievable targets and actionable initiatives for the Residential journey owners and product owners.

Partner and support Customer Portfolio management in the creation of quarterly and annual customer organization reporting against key targets and metrics.

Communicate initiatives and progress of Residential strategy to team leads-including Product Owners and Journey Owners.

Minimum RequirementsEducation, Experience, & Skills requirement

Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience (desired: Master's Degree)

At least 4-6 years of professional experience

Experience in corporate strategy function or management consulting
