Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Account Manager in Kenner, Louisiana. The role involves end-to-end social media management and strategy, with a focus on industries such as hospitality, restaurants, construction, and real estate. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals. Establish an active presence across all social media channels. Create, edit, publish and share engaging content regularly. Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout). Use tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social to manage multiple social media channels. Requirements Proficient in managing and optimizing social media accounts and campaigns Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing successful social media strategies Proficiency in the use of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social Ability to analyze and interpret social media trends to inform strategy Experience in creating engaging social media content that aligns with brand voice and objectives Knowledge of social media advertising techniques and platforms Ability to coordinate and manage social media initiatives across different channels Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how social media fits within the overall marketing strategy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines Demonstrable experience in tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of social media initiatives Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
