- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process audits, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of rotary, hydraulics, motion controls, HTRI, and Flarenet.
- Experience with process optimization, process improvement, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
