We have over 73,000+ CGI Members in 40 countries and over 5k+ loyal Clients who are leveraging our end-to-end services across the globe.Your future duties and responsibilities:We are looking for a Project Manager for an initiative with business partners that aren't used to working with projects and timelines. This candidate will help put together the structure of the program and nudge participants along. We are looking for someone who has experience talking to various Client leaders (VP and above). In addition, this candidate will give structure to random thoughts and content and produce executive level decks.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 6-10+ Years of progressive IT experience 4-8+ years of project management experience with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications (i.e. Microsoft Project) and methodologies Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Comfortable with leading several workstreams as part of a program. Attention to detail, and strong communication, negotiation, client-facing and client relationship building skills Outstanding leadership skills Ability to resolve technical issues and to manage, coordinate and guide a project team Comfortable with leading several workstreams as part of a program. Strong issue resolution and risk management skills Previous experience using project management methodologies​Previous Mortgage Industry experience highly preferredEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related fieldMaster's degree is desired.PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired#LI-AT3#DICECGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $75,600.00 - $165,300.00.We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
