Purpose of Position:The Sr. Regional HR Manager will partner, advise, and counsel senior management on HR issues and opportunities while providing strategic Human Resource programs for 4,000+ Team Members across multiple sites.  Position reports to the Vice President of HR.Essential Functions:Function as the strategic HR partner to the leadership teams at multiple plant locations and support programs and initiatives that drive the business objectives of the plants and of Foster FarmsLead a multi-site HR departmentEnsure a positive work environment through the development and implementation of employee relation programsPartner with leaders to drive talent and performance management processes and solutions in both union and non-union work environmentsServe as the Company’s union relations representative in matters involving collective bargaining, contract interpretation and dispute resolutionManage the employment lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, succession planning and off boardingPartner with managers to address employee and labor relations mattersDevelop/utilize HR metrics to increase organizational effectivenessProvide oversight for legal investigations, substantiation of claims and appropriate resolutionProvide leadership for employee health and wellness including review of work-related injuries, causation and preventionSupport company and site crisis management effortsEnsure compliance with state and federal laws and established EEO and AA action plans
