On-site with remote possible based on agency approvalDue 11/3 STAFF AUDITORThe scope of the proposed services will include the following: Identification and evaluation of all procurement strategy options, resulting in selection of the most appropriate method for the State.o Perform assessment and produce a report covering the Procurement Alternatives Analysis, identifying the other procurement options considered and the reasoning for selecting the intended approach.o Perform assessment and produce a report covering the Cost Benefit Analysis for the selected procurement approach. Perform analysis of each of the following elements and document the analysis results in a Feasibility Study report:o Selected procurement methodo Project Management Methodologyo Quality Controlso Risk Managemento Proposed Timelineo Project Governanceo Other components to evaluate for project successExpertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Experience with conducting assessments of large government procurements. Experience with conducting cost benefit analysis for multi-million-dollar projects.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience with interpreting federal regulations specific to Medicaid modernization.
