Ensure daily shipments are prepared and loaded correctly to include weight distribution and paperwork accuracy. In addition to counting parts and coordinating order fulfilment, you will also manage traceability of parts through the value streams and target aged inventory.Position Details:

Openings are on 2nd Shift which is 2:30pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday with a base pay of $19/hour plus a 5% shift premium.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Manage order fulfilment, processing, storing/picking of parts, equipment and suppliesManage and oversee shipping and receiving of materialMultiple systems interactionsCoordinate expedited parts to support the customerManage zones through targeting aged inventory, leading reconciliation and investigating root causeSupporting and leading inventory problem-solving events to drive continuous improvementCoordinate or execute random and scheduled inventory and receipt audits as directedAccountable for tracking quality metrics and meeting quality goalsCoordinate investigations on customer reported defects, including internal logistics customersOccasionally utilizing heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts and overhead cranesOccasionally perform material handling and warehousing functions as requiredEssential Job Functions:Occasionally lift parts up to 35 pounds individually or 70 pound as team liftFrequent bending, reaching and squatting while performing tasksConsistent usage of required PPE for task being performedWork in an environment with frequently changing temperaturesStanding and/or sitting at a desk while performing tasksBasic and/or Desired Qualifications may include, but are not limited to:6 plus months warehouse inventory or parts distribution experienceCompetent with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Good attendance recordAbility to maintain accurate and complete recordsAbility to work OT when requiredGood written and verbal communication skillsRelocation assistance is not available for this position.
