The resource will be a member of the functional implementation team and assist the organizations through the functional activities, including configuration, as-is process identification, to-be process definition, detailed designs, process re-engineering, conversion, testing, with a primary focus on developing test scripts and performing system regression testing. They should have an understanding and demonstrated knowledge of the SDLC process and a knowledge of federal asset management best practices, processes and procedures would be preferred.The Sunflower Asset Management solution is a web-based and mobile enterprise asset management software tool used by federal agencies, contractors, national labs, state and local government organizations, and higher educational institutes. All functional team members receive Sunflower software and asset management training prior to providing customer support.The functional resource will be responsible for development test scripts, testing scenarios and participation in full end-to-end regression testing.The individual will be involved in a variety of functional and business process tasks to meet the client objectives. This may include: Creating documentation, written policies, and standard operating procedures for distribution to all individuals involved in the migration process Creating test scripts and updating test scripts as needed to ensure they are executable Perform end-to-end regression testing to ensure system is working as intended Troubleshooting system errors Assist with User Acceptance Testing and script execution Additional tasks as necessary to meet customer objectives Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the information technology, retail, service, business operations, customer support, consulting or asset management fields. Acts as a service provider to clients and project teams Experience with testing and test script creation Familiarity with the organizations, roles, and systems involved in the federal financialsprocess (Asset Management preferred) Experience in implementation and support of a federal IT system (Asset Management preferred) Experience training novice/new users on a IT system (Asset Management preferred). Experience and comfort facilitating meetings, training sessions, and group presentations Strong presentation skills to clients Strong writing skills and presentation material development skillsDesired: Have experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) Have strong oral and written communications skills Be a detail oriented multi-tasker Be able to own tasks from start to finishAs a Federal Contractor, all members of CGI Federal, regardless of role or work location are required to be fully vaccinated, with the exception of those with approved medical or religious accommodations.Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
