Job Title: Application Program Manager/ Specialist (SR#5224980)Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Hybrid)Duration: Long Term ContractThe scope of the proposed services will include the following: Develop and implement a continuous education and improvement plan for junior and senior application developers.Research and evaluate new application development technologies and trends.Assess the viability of new technologies by incorporating into identified proof-of-concept applications.Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned applications.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Establish and implement application development standards to ensure consistency and quality.Provide training to staff on new technologies and development methodologies.
