UX Researcher III

Description We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled UX Researcher to join our innovative Nursing and Health Education (NHE) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user needs and the ability to work closely with our cross-functional team to develop effective and impactful UX research solutions.Job Responsibilities:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to explore and solve complex user issues

Aligning research activities with the company’s product strategy

Identifying new research opportunities and discussing them with product leadership

Developing a comprehensive, evidence-based research strategy

Advocating for and implementing UX research best practices

Efficiently iterating research within two-week sprint cycles

Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer use cases

Learning about market segments and competitors

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Researcher (1-3 years minimum)

Strong ability to turn research data into actionable insights

Effective communication skills

Demonstrated ability to conduct non-biased research

Flexible to work within standard core working hours (9AM - 5PM ET)

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in a field that enhances knowledge of and experience in research
