Hands on experience and understanding of GL testing. Continuous improvement mindset: who has/have demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders and skills needed to build positive rapport with various levels of internal and external stakeholders. The group of skills related to communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication that are adaptable based on the stakeholder. Strong accounting skills and deep understanding of internal controls, risk management, and business processes. A data acumen and experience working with large volumes of data and an ability to balance data integrity and materiality. Critical thinking, analytical and financial analysis skills. Collective capabilities for supporting teams, giving/receiving feedback, facilitating meetings, and leading team meetings. Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner. Able to analyze the customer requirements and coordinate with business users from techno-functional understanding and communicate with various teams Knowledge of financial data usage in accounting, reporting and analysis Well-versed with Agile methodology and experience working and leading in a scrum team Responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
