ASIC Design for Test Engineer (m/f/d) - REF84987L

As an ASIC Design for Test engineer (m/f/diverse) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining the top level test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept. You also develop DFT specifications and drive DFT architecture implementation top level together with the digital and analog design team. You create an initial ATE test concept for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Development of test concepts for ASIC module functions based on the module and system level requirementsDevelopment of ATE test concepts and programsCollaboration with worldwide digital and analog design, layout, verification, test and application teamsDocumentation of test concepts, functionality and proceduresValidation and verification of implemented test functionality and conceptsDocumentation of test concepts, functionality and procedures
