LocationYarmouth, Maine | Renton, WashingtonResponsibilities- Coordinate scheduling and all required communication for Deployment projects
- Gather information from clients and create the required detailed Deployment work orders in the CRM system and scheduling tool(s), distribute to the Deployment resources as necessary
- Track client progress and preparedness and guide clients through a successful engagement.
- Monitor billable work orders ensure timely communication and follow up with Client and/or Finance Team
- Assist in maintaining the central Deployment calendar and any associated product order form tracking tools
- Assist in maintaining and distributing accurate Deployment statistics and reports for management
- Research and promptly answer client questions associated with Deployment engagements
- Update and maintain Technology Services client information
- Work on projects as they arise at the direction of the Deployment Team management
- Identify and complete electronic software deliveries and/or notifications of access for Tyler clients as needed
- Organize work, establish priorities, and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with a wide range of clients, both internal and external, and from management to clerical, with a varying range of technical skills
- Keep Deployments on schedule by ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and teamwork
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Past work experience participating or leading portions of a project
- Office administration or schedule coordination experience background beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers and technology preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior Dynamics CRM, Confluence experience would be very helpful
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- PMI CAPM certification or similar are are plus
