Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and all required communication for Deployment projects
  • Gather information from clients and create the required detailed Deployment work orders in the CRM system and scheduling tool(s), distribute to the Deployment resources as necessary
  • Track client progress and preparedness and guide clients through a successful engagement.
  • Monitor billable work orders ensure timely communication and follow up with Client and/or Finance Team
  • Assist in maintaining the central Deployment calendar and any associated product order form tracking tools
  • Assist in maintaining and distributing accurate Deployment statistics and reports for management
  • Research and promptly answer client questions associated with Deployment engagements
  • Update and maintain Technology Services client information
  • Work on projects as they arise at the direction of the Deployment Team management
  • Identify and complete electronic software deliveries and/or notifications of access for Tyler clients as needed
The Associate Deployment Project Manager must be able to:
  • Organize work, establish priorities, and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with a wide range of clients, both internal and external, and from management to clerical, with a varying range of technical skills
  • Keep Deployments on schedule by ensuring that tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and teamwork
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude
  • Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Past work experience participating or leading portions of a project
  • Office administration or schedule coordination experience background beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and technology preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior Dynamics CRM, Confluence experience would be very helpful
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • PMI CAPM certification or similar are are plus
