Bartender - Lone Pine - Portland & Old Orchard Beach Locations

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Bartenders to join our taproom team in Portland and Old Orchard Beach. As the face of the Lone Pine experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating guests about our beers, and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve draft beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently

Educate guests on our beer lineup, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and brewing processes

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and taproom areas

Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws

Process transactions using our POS system, handle cash and card payments

Restock kegs, glassware, and bar supplies as needed

Collaborate with the team on events, promotions, and customer engagement

Uphold Lone Pine’s standards for hospitality, safety, and product quality

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older

Prior bartending or service industry experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in craft beer with a willingness to learn

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

TIPS certification or willingness to obtain one
