Business Analyst (Veeva Network CMDM Implementation)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the implementation of Veeva Network as part of a global Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) transformation initiative. This role is instrumental in gathering and analyzing requirements, supporting documentation and testing activities, and serving as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders.What you will be doing:Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to CMDM processes and Veeva Network capabilities.Collaborate with business units and technical teams to support process harmonization and integration of external/internal HCP/HCO data.Prepare and maintain user stories, functional specifications, data mapping sheets, and acceptance criteria.Assist in defining data governance and stewardship processes for customer data.Support UAT activities including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.Document business process flows and ensure alignment with compliance and data quality requirements.
