About this job: As Business Intelligence Consultant Leader you will become a subject matter expert for the DACH region and you will play a crucial role in coordinating people, managing processes and technology and building high performing teams. You will be pivotal in helping evolve and transform your region’s Business Intelligence organization toward becoming lead and revenue generating and upskilling associates to become BI consultants. Your future responsibilities: Acts as subject matter expert on their assigned region; works hard to stay current in understanding the environment in which their clients are operatingAccountable for creating a high performing team – owns hiring, performance management, and ensuring associates are working at the top of their license and have opportunities for continued career growthLeads a variety of client engagements for BI that result in the generation of incremental revenue; plays a critical role in achievement of our annual incremental revenue targetEnsures client work is delivered on time and according to spec, without errors, ideally under promising and overdelivering on customer expectationsCreates and executes against a strategic roadmap for their vertical; proactively seeks opportunities and weighs risks to enhance value creation for our clientsDevelops and maintains strong working relationships with both internal and external colleagues and customers; invests time in strategic networkingPartners with leadership on the development of new BI products & servicesAchieves any committed cost savings goals and for ensuring we’re practicing Right Work in the Right Place with our Growth Centers teamIdentifies opportunities for increased partnership across NIQ teamsActively anticipates in the account planning processIs mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose and driving value for client businessIs aware of market conditions and client business environmentYour profile:  5 years of experience building complex BI solutions, including one or more of the following: Discover / 3rd party BI dashboards & reports, data warehouses, ETL processes, etcFleuncy in German and English is a mustDeep familiarity with the portfolio of NIQ or GFK products and services is preferable Knowledgeable in business intelligence, data, and analytics conceptsComfortable leading a wide range of client engagements, including requirements gathering sessions, quarterly business reviews, status and delivery meetings, and other engagement types as assignedMotivated, self-starter who operates autonomously under sometimes ambiguous conditions; not afraid to push for clarity and hold people accountableBuilds networks and is skilled at lead by influence and using delegation to get things done – effectively manages up, down, and acrossExpertise leading large, complex, transformative projects; is well versed in the practical application of project management conceptsFamiliar working with onshore and Global associates, including Growth CentersWhat we can offer: 30 days of vacationFlexible working hours and hybrid working modelAn exciting job in a globally active companyThe possibility to build strong networks, relationships and client engagement.
