Position Summary:The Call Center Lead works under the supervision of the Call Center Supervisor/Manager. This individual’s role will be to provide exceptional customer service abilities, strong scheduling judgment, decision-making, and superb communication with the customers. The Call Center Lead will assist in meeting organizational strategic goals and objectives for the IMG practices. The Call Center Lead will provide support, monitoring and coaching to staff.Education: High School Diploma/GEDExperience: 1 – 3 years (minimum of 2 yrs exp)The starting rate for this position is:$16.89Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale.
