Mr. Tuna, the east coast's first sushi food truck turned brick-and-mortar, offers high-quality sustainable fish in a petite location, featuring a sushi-counter, seasonal outdoor seating, and a distinct beverage program focusing on sakes and curated cocktails. Job Responsibilities

Clean and organize all restaurant service pieces and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food/ensuring correct storage

Keep station neat, clean, and organized at all times

Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications/Experience

Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)

Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
