Positions Available:

Paving Foreman: Lead and manage paving crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Rake/Lute Person: Expertly handle rakes and lutes to create smooth and even pavement surfaces.

Roller Operator: Operate rollers to compact asphalt and achieve optimal density.

Tamp Shoes/Plate compactor: Operate and compact asphalt around structures, on edges, and in areas inaccessible to rollers.

Grading Tech: Establish a rough grade, install gravels, fine grade and prep base materials for paving with skid steers and grader.

Experienced Laborers: Assist with various tasks, including shoveling, raking, and operating equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in paving operations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
