Experienced Full-Time Server at Franciska (Portland, ME – Old Port)

Franciska is a 20-seat wine bar in Portland’s Old Port, inspired by Argentine bodegón cuisine—an immigrant tradition shaped by Spanish and Italian roots in Buenos Aires. We pair seasonal menus built around Maine ingredients with a wine list that explores the depth and diversity of Argentine viticulture.

We’re looking for an experienced full-time server to join our small, passionate team. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and genuinely eager to learn about Argentine food, wine, and culture.

What we’re looking for:

At least 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, service-forward environment

Strong communication skills and a great attitude

Interest in wine and willingness to learn

A collaborative spirit and pride in offering a top-notch guest experience
