We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Data Centre Constructions to support our team on a freelance basis.Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project safety and environmental requirements.Managing project timelines, risks and reporting.Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates.Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
