Full-Time Landscaping Professional Needed - Puffin Property Management

Puffin Property Management is seeking a full-time Landscaping Professional to manage all landscaping needs for our properties in York, Cumberland, and Androscoggin Counties. This role offers fun and engaging work across multiple large properties with extensive landscaping, including opportunities for upgrades and beautification. You'll collaborate with property ownership to envision and implement improvements, plus develop and maintain multiple trail connections and trail networks on-site.

Responsibilities include mowing, weed whacking, light hardscaping, seasonal fall and spring cleanups, and snow removal during winter.

To make the job easier and more efficient, we've recently invested in top-tier equipment including a compact loader, mini excavator, dumper body UTV, commercial ride-on mower, and many other smaller tools—all provided by the company.
