Head of Cargo Charter Sales Germany (Previous chartering experience required)

We are looking an experienced broker who understand the market and has a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long term client relationships. You will need to be commercially astute and still driven by smashing financial targets whilst managing a small team of brokers.
